The farmhouse boasts Two-bedrooms with a charming entrance. But the jewel of this place is it’s swimming pool with an adjacent bar and a gazebo complemented with a sky full of stars makes it a scenic marvel enough to take the breath away! The place is easy to locate in Sector 135, Noida.

1.Male Group guest Strictly are not allowed.
2. Extra Guest and Visitor's Entry Policy-. Entry for every additional guest or visitors (over booked no. of guest) is chargeable @560/- per head pay before property check in. Post this, any uninformed extra guest or visitor will not be allowed to check-in. *Non-negotiable Policy*
3. Check in time: - 03:00 Pm and check out time: - 11:00 Am. (Early Check in / Late Check out can be provided only if we do not have a booking the previous day (before check in) / or if we do not have a booking (after check out). Early Check in / Late Check out charges will be applicable at Rs. 1000/- per hour.)
4. Refundable security deposit amount is (10,000/- pay at the time of check-in by Cash Only and if you want to pay security deposit by the online process refund time whiten 5 Working Days).
5. The outside music system is strictly not allowed in the property.
6. Smoking, Eating, Drinking and Glass items are not used inside the Swimming pool. (If the swimming pool is found is dirty and any glass item guests are liable to pay as per the management decision.)
7. If Laundry will found In dirty condition Like any type of stain will be charged as per actual cost
8. Loud Music and hooting strictly not allowed after 10 Pm.
9. Address Proof (Aadhar Card/ Driving License/ Passport) along with Mobile no. Of each guest to be registered before property check-in. Without id card check in will be not allowed in property.
10. If any damage and loss found will be charged as per management decision.
11. Please keep our room secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the property
12. we are not responsible for loss of or damage to any of the customer's personal
13. The use of Illegal substances or Drugs is strictly prohibited
14. No firearms or other dangerous weapons are allowed on this property.
15. Other states liquor not allowed and you want to consume alcohol you have to show a liquor licence before check-in. then we allow you to check in.
